Turned out to be a scam artist. Claimed I didn't clean up but main evidence was that cleaning products were all used up and he had to replace them. Go figure...

Great place to stay with amazing view. We stayed for 2 nighths with 3 small kids and had a wondefull time. There is no WiFi, but for kids there are dvd movies and many games and books, and for us all we need was the balcony with the great view and a glass of wine (or coffee). The has all the things you need in the kitchen, one double bed and one bunk bed. The bath is good aswell. Erica itself is very very small but has nice walking trails and also walking in the streets and around is great because of the view and farm animals all around. We highly recommend this place.

Unfortunately, they are not flexible.We have had to change our plans and requested to modify the arrival date on Airbnb more than two weeks prior to the arrival!They refused on the pretext that they would not make up for the lost booking. We, on the other hand, had our 50% of reservation cost taken away.In fact, the booking was in low season with availabilities right through the month!
