Called Yarraside plumbing for a leak in a wall cavity and Arthur was the ultimate professional from arriving on time, identifying the cause of the issue and implementing a permanent fix. Pricing was discussed upfront and transparent throughout and a report was produced to help with my insurance claim. Highly recommended.

Arthur is polite, responsive and professional. He gave me a price indication over the phone and the final job was in line with that. Our RACV plumber was looking for twice the price and had zero flexibility in fixing the immediate problem.It is apparent that Arthur actually enjoys fixing the mistakes of previous installations and is thorough.

Nice guy, good work, but charges like a wounded bull.Was here for an hour, and cost $500 to identify a leak. Didn’t charge per 15min as advertised.

Arthur was fantastic. Very friendly and punctual. He’s a very professional plumber who knows what he’s talking about. He came for one job and ended up fixing 2 other things I had as well. Nothing was a problem and he did a very good job. Will definitely be calling him in the future if I need any more plumbing done. Highly recommended!

On the 31.08.20, I called Yarraside Plumbing because my hot water service stopped working due to the storm power outage we had the night before and upon arrival the plumber tested the unit along with the gas line (with some high tech equipment) and confirmed the unit was inoperable & irreparable due to component damage.The plumber then changed my Rinnai 26 Infinity hot water service with a new Rinnai 26 Infinity quickly and professionally.The Plumber then tested the unit with more testing equipment and it worked perfect ( see attached pics of New Hot Water Service along with a picture of the testing equipment)I highly recommend Yarraside Plumbing - The service was amazing and their pricing was more than fair and reasonable.10/10 and thanks for saving the day, especially during these tough lock-down times !!!John
