Good food overall, everything tasty. Regular quantity with slightly high price. Momos are recommended with both warp and filling praiseworthy. Need to mention that most dishes are very spicy, beware if you can't eat hot.However, service could be improved, obviously below avg service compared to other similar restaurants.

The food was incredible, filled with flavours, textures and aroma. Ordered the buffalo momos and they were delightful. The newari thali, chicken thali and the vegetarian thali were excellent too. The portions were quite good.The bar menu does not have much options and the original drinks (ordered margarita) were not convincing. Avoid the bar menu. The only reason for the 4 stars is the place was overly crowded as they definitely looked understaffed. There was a long wait period to be seated and even longer to be served. Need to hire more staff especially during holidays.

Its wonderful cozy place where you feel like little kathmandu vibes !! Over all experiences was extremely top notch !! Since they open i have visit 3 times food was always up to mark!! If love try something different than as usal u can try chimey u will love there special species perfectly blind with food !! Floor staff to firendly!! All i can say is definitely worth it !! I love to come agian and had delicious meal !! They had good selection of beer, wine & whiskey..

We recently dined at The Chimney Nepalese Restaurant & Cafe in Gungahlin and had a delightful experience. Their mixed chatamari, a weekly special, was a unique and delicious combination of egg, chicken mince, beans, and potato topped rice bread. The momo dumplings in vegetarian and chicken flavors were cooked by steaming and frying. The flavors were authentic, and the fillings were flavorful. Some dishes were a bit too spicy for my taste, but overall, it was a delightful dining experience. The Chimney Nepalese Restaurant & Cafe is a must-visit if you crave the rich flavors of Nepal. I'm looking forward to revisiting and trying their other delicious dishes on the menu.

Had a delicious filling in the afternoon and nearly died at night food poisoning. Pretty sure the dumplings and aloo are not freshly made. Looks like it has been preserved in the refrigerator for 2 or 3 days. Ordered the food at 2 and was ready by 2:10. NEVER AGAIN !!!!!

The Customer service was friendly. We ordered Mutton Tass, Buff Momos and drinks. Mutton Tass thali was okey or taste less compared to other Nepalese restaurants but Momo was over cooked, exploded and dry no juices at all. And also 2nd order came very late. Hope they maintain the serving of quality and tasty food.
