Bliss.That’s it. Completely.Allpress coffee, raw, fresh food bowls.Staff are genuine, kind & helpful.Actually can’t believe this quality happened in sleepy Grafton- what a find !

Fantastic cafe!I stopped in here for a quick breakfast on my 8hour drive home. They were so busy and I was hesitant to order as I didn't have time to sit and wait. But nonetheless, my coffee came out within only minutes and was beautifully smooth. My B&E roll came out only moment later and was delicious. Despite how busy they were, they exceeded in their hospitality and service. I am glad I stopped in!

Really nice Banana Bread made with spelt has .ore of a Caramel taste. Texture is so much nicer than the standard Banana Breads you get. Coffee was very nice to. Great presentation.

What a gorgeous little cafe! We stumbled upon this gem on our way to Coffs Harbour.The decor and vibe of the place made it a great place to stop and relax for a while.Coffee was sensational and the food was delicious.We will definitely be coming back!

We were absolutely blown away by this gorgeous little cafe ! We wanted to meet up with family and friends while back in town recently and decided on heart & soul- we were not disappointed!! The staff are super friendly and helpful, we had a large group and although it was busy and full, they managed to pull together some tables and chairs to accommodate us. Our coffee was hot and satisfying, banana breads lovely and soft and we were able to bring our puppy along and they provided a bowl of water for her too. We will absolutely be back next time we’re in town and will recommend it to all our family and friends still living in town.

Heart & Soul Wholefood Cafe
We arrived from out of town for an afternoon event and found Heart and Soul on Saturday morning. They welcomed our small group with the amazing atmosphere and friendly staff.Everyone found something on the menu with different needs covered, the coffees were great (a big cappuccino is huge!) and the food amazing not a bad meal in the place.Particularly great was the bacon and egg burger for $10 that a few of us had. Could easily be going for $30 in Sydney or Brisbane. Highly recommended and much thanks to the staff (and jealous the people of Grafton have this place to themselves every day)

Stumbled across this Cafe while passing through Grafton. We needed somewhere for breakfast and are so grateful to have discovered Heart and Soul Wholefood Cafe. Our classic bacon and eggs was topped off with mushroom and avocado extras and it was truly delicious. The mushrooms were especially delightful. A taste sensation. The staff are very gracious, friendly and efficient. Service was quick even though the customer traffic was very solid. They were quite busy while we were there with both dine in and takeaways. We highly recommend Heart and Soul and will definitely stop here each time we're passing through Grafton.
