Burnside Organic Farm

A beautiful location, ideal as a launchpad to discover the a region and a short distance from Margaret River. The bungalow itself was phenomenal. Very homely and a perfect place to cook up some local produce and goodies from the garden and have a glass by the fire. I would highly recommend.

We had a 3-night stay at the Burnside Organic Farm with 2 young children, and all 4 of us absolutely loved each minute of it! From the farm tour with Lara, to the feeding of the cows that graze just outside of your bedroom window (we stayed at Bungalow 2) every morning, to the free-to-explore and harvest vegetable garden - to the locality that is close to eateries, tourist attractions and sightseeing spots, the town centre, as well as Saturday morning farmer's markets, you really feel pampered from the moment you arrive.

Small, cosy cabin in a family-run organic farm with a great fireplace for chilly nights. Well appointed kitchen for easy preparation of meals. Too bad it was too cold to use the outdoor bathtub.

We had a great stay at the Burnside Eco Farm! The clean accommodation is fantastic with a great floor plan, awesome outdoor space, well-equipped kitchen and big bathroom with washing machine. We want to come back in the cooler season to use the wood stove in the spacious living room. The Farm has an ideal location and we loved our morning walk around the farm! We enjoyed our wine tasting and the friendly owners were very helping in answering all my questions! We hope to have the opportunity to visit again and will definitely tell our friends and family travelling to the area this is a perfect spot to stay!

We really enjoyed the farm tour with Lara. We got to feed and pet the animals. The fireplace was a fun experience and Lara was very patient when teaching us how to start the fire. The bungalow was well-maintained, with good WiFi. Definitely recommended for families with young kids.

We had an excellent stay at Burnside. The owners are incredibly nice: they made sure we had enough wood for the fireplace, gave us some fresh eggs from their chicken and took the time to show us around the farm. Our son loved to feed the chickens!The bungalows are beautiful, well maintained and super comfortable. We loved the fireplace, the fully equiped kitchen where you can cook great meals with fresh vegetables from their garden and the terrace overlooking the countryside.We were really sad to leave!

Wonderful getaway yet easy access to main sights including the town area, Margaret River Farmer market on a Sat and various wineries. The bungalow is beautiful and functional. We love the fully equipped kitchen which come with an oven and even a dish washer. The filtered water was delicious as claimed and we think about it as we moved on to stay at other places. The best part about the house was the fireplace, the most wonderful way to stay warm during winter. We enjoyed waking up to the sound of birds chirping, exploring the farm and its surrounding area and even bought a bottle of their wine home. A pity we did not get to try the outdoor bath as it was winter.

A lovely enchanting place. The experience was made great by Lara & Jamie. Lara is very prompt with her communications and it was a great help to settle most things. the cottages are comfortable, well maintained (our second time here) and equipped well. The fireplace is great to start and well explained by them. Lots of wood was available to do the same. We got free eggs from their farm and we had a good wine tasting session at their cellar door. The kids had a good tour of the farm with all the eco friendly organic measures on the farm explained so well by both Lara and Jamie. We will surely be back here again in the near future.

We had a marvellous time in the farm. The accomodation is great for a family, the farm is beautiful and well located. Finally Lara was a super host during our stay. I will be back for sure
