As first home buyers, we recently purchased a property that McGrath were managing and Jen and Mary were both excellent throughout. I really appreciated their honesty, transparency and how they kept in touch throughout the process and also post settlement. Really nice to work with and as a buyer, it was a really positive experience.

Trust / Speed / Competence.I am very pleased with the service I received from Steve Beattie. I have bought and sold a property using Steve. He is fast, always available and a good communicator. He understands the market and the sales process, his professionalism and competence made me choose him. Selling / buying a property using an agent needs trust - I trust Steve and am going to use his services again.

I dealt with property manager Michelle Rosu, and she was exceptional. After several poor service experiences (to which Covid staffing restrictions/absences no doubt contributed), I was very disillusioned with McGrath.Michelle changed our opinion when she took over as our property manager. Courteous, professional and thorough, she followed up on commitments and her communication was the best we’ve experienced - honest, prompt and reliable.If you require property management in this area, I would ask for Michelle individually.

As both a tenant and landlord I would not recommend the services of McGrath Cronulla to anyone. We recently ceased a tenancy of three years with McGrath. During this time it was never clear who our property manager was, maintenance issues took a long time to be resolved and communication was poor (emails were very rarely responded to). As stated in other reviews, they are very behind on paying water bills - this should be concerning for all current/prospective landlords. When it came time to hold inspections to find a new tenant, they did not bring their own keys to the inspections and also turned up late, meaning we were left with prospective future tenants standing awkwardly on our doorstep. As someone who is also a landlord I can assure you there are far better property agencies in the Sutherland Shire who will do a much better job of caring for your property for you.

Sold !!!!! Could not of chosen a better agent. Steve held my hand right from the start until the sale late one night. Communication was very open and Steve was very easy to deal with. Steve was always there day and night by the phone. His professionalism was outstanding. He took the sale by the reins organising everything from cleaning, styling, marketing, getting carpet and gardening - going above and beyond . Steve is the go to man, nothing was too hard for him. We sold above my expectations and very happy with the results.Liam his assistant was also very professional in his role.

As of last Friday the 12/5/23 I was charged x2 lots of rent that came out of my account. Called on Saturday and they told me someone would be in contact with me on Monday but I never heard anything.Called Monday afternoon and was told it would be sorted out on Tuesday and if not to call back to follow up.Spoke to property manager on Wednesday and he told me he would sort it out. STILL didn’t get my money back and called Thursday and have been told again that the property manager will follow up. In the meantime as I get paid fortnightly I havent got enough money to last until my next pay. My other bills are coming out and leaving my account at negative balance meaning I am now getting charged a late fee. I can’t even afford food!If the tables were turned and I was late with my rent they would be onto it straight away.I am beyond frustrated with this situation. Really poor service and communication.

Best Agent in the Shire. We’ve been dealing with Jennifer Rainbow for over ten years and she has always been amazing in all aspects of our interactions. Both buying and selling with Jen is a seamless process as her knowledge, expertise, friendliness and sincerity is what makes her stand out from the others.
