Valley Fresh Flowers supplied the florals for my wedding. Abbie was super helpful from the very beginning. She suggested some tips on how I could save money and was receptive to any changes I made along the way. Abbie checked in regularly and I was confident that everything would be perfect, which it was! I was super happy with the flowers, they were beautiful and I would definitely recommend.

We made two orders (paid in full – several hundred) and Valley Flowers only delivered one order ($95 worth of filler flowers) the two days before our wedding (Sun).We were then told that Valley Flowers would not deliver out to our area on the Sat and therefore we didn’t have flowers that we had ordered and paid for the wedding. They did give us the option to meet halfway (approx. 3 hours away). Given out wedding was 24 hrs away, we were obviously unable to do that.We did get a refund but it caused a lot of issues/stress for us the day before and morning of the wedding.If it wasn’t for our friend (a florist travelled interstate for the wedding) we would’ve been without anything but the small bunches of fillers.Will not use again nor recommend.

My husband called in to the shop 9am Friday morning. He wasn't impressed with the sales lady he said she had no interest in helping him with the large bouquet of flowers in which he was paying alot of money for. She gave him a very poorly arrangement and no water or flower satchel to take them home. I think he will be finding another florist.

I received a beautiful bunch of flowers from Valley Fresh on Friday and, despite the givers objections, I think they are the most beautiful bouquet I have seen in some time! The variety and quality of the flowers is stunning and will definitely see my business there in the future!

Abbey and Payton from valley fresh provided the most stunning flowers for my wedding, I don't know much about flowers so really had to put my trust into them. I was so happy with the results. I basically just said romantic and whimsical with a rough colour guide and they nailed it! Also so well priced for their services. Highly recommend!

It was so refreshing to meet someone like Abbie- someone who genuinely cared about how our wedding turned out! Her attention to detail, passion for her work and knowledge of flowers, styling etc was amazing. She listened to us and was on the same page and keep in contact throughout the process.My family were very appreciative of Abbie taking the time to help them set up the reception room and helping them to make our vision a reality.

I used Valley Fresh Flowers for my wedding bouquets and table centrepieces. Centrepieces were lovely. Bouquets were browning and half dead when we picked them up (midday Saturday) and were drooping so much we had to cut half of bouquet off on Sunday morning. There were way too many girls that called and emailed me throughout the process (often about the same things I have already gone over with the previous person). Despite being a Sunday wedding, (and confirming with the girls NUMEROUS times), Valley Fresh continuously referred to the wedding at Saturday"

We approached Valley Flowers to place a large order for a church religious event with at list $4.000 and their response was we don't deliver to Newcastle. Sorry Valley flowers for that amount I personally will have delivered and charge for the delivery. Don't expect us to approach you again.
