They are very prompt with responding, I will give them that.Unfortunately Jacqui is incredibly unprofessional. She made a number of remarks during our site inspection that made us feel very uncomfortable. A lot of scoffing when I asked about cheaper alternatives, financial shaming even though no budget had been discussed, and we were told to put on our big girl and big boy shoes" in regards to some yard maintenance. Very condescending and unprofessional hence why we will not be moving forward with this business."
