Placed an order on the 6th of February. All items were in stock as I was in a hurry. On the 19th of February I still had not received a tracking number so I contacted them asking what was going on. On the 21st of February I got a reply saying that they were quoting for stock to come in. Am pretty annoyed that this order only got looked at because after 2 weeks of nothing I contacted them. I wish I had went with my usual supplier, as atleast their website states honestly what is in stock or not. Pretty disappointed with the customer service. Even when I was speaking to the lady on the phone and telling her I was disappointed in the service and that I was not happy it came down to me chasing my order up, her reply to me was, well I did send you an email today.
