purchased a holden colarado 2017 travelled only 33,000kms , the entire underbody chasis had rust the vehicle was not presented as such online. case open currently at vcat. These sales people are not honest and lie greatly buyer beware. attached photos when the car arrived to us for evidence. Don't waste your time and money like we did. attached pictures show the cars horrible condition which easy auto think is normal. the company has several abns which keep changing or cancelling, I noticed while suing them which is very odd and suspicious. they say learn from your mistakes, i know i have the hard way. please buyers beware

I trusted these people to sell me a reliable car. I was lied to and told it had the major service and the timing belt had been replaced. Within weeks of owning the car, it was found it was not replaced and was on the verge of snapping. They replaced it and did such a terrible job that an external mechanic had to replace it again with all new parts. After having an initial problem fixed, I was told it was ready to go only to drive for 5 minutes and realise it wasn't. I had to turn back and take it back for repairs again. I was without my car more than I was with it during the first 2 months of purchase. It required work on 4 separate occasions, only to have never truly have fixed the underlying problem.I have had constant oil leaks in the 18 months since purchase, to now be told that it was in the history of the servicing and that the dealer would have been aware but clearly chose not to fix it and lie in order to obtain the sale. I asked if there were any known on going issues and was assured everything was repaired and functioning perfectly. I am now facing thousands more to repair the problem with people who actually know what they're talking about, which should have been done before the car was ever allowed to be sold.I will never trust this dealer and will make sure others know how they get their sales.

Allen was extremely helpful today, went in after a car we saw online and after a quick test drive we were able to take it home that day. Customer service from everyone involved was perfect. Highly recommend.

I bought the car with 3yr warranty. The salesperson was okay, but office guy need to be more professional. He tried to charge more and when I pointed out he removed additional cost without apology. Warranty was 1895$, but the explanation was quite poor.

I called on 13/1/23 to inspect a vehicle on Saturday 14/1/23 in their canning vale yard, received confirmation text of appointment. Today travelled 50kms to inspect the car and when I got there told by rude, unprofessional staff in pathetic manner that the car has been sold last night. I ask y I was not informed about that, so I didn’t have travelled and wasted my saturday, he said when I travel to inspect a car I travel 50kms as well. Most ignorant, laziest and dump response. I recently purchased a new (new to me) car from these guys. They were very accommodating, patient and respectful of my requests. As a young female I am often treated like trash from salesman but at no point did the guys here make me feel that way. Charles was very lovely and made the process nice and smooth.

My wife and I have just purchased a 2nd hand (2015) Nissan Altima from Easy Auto 123 in Cannington WA.After purchase and taking delivery, on a Sarurday I discovered during driving that there was a water drip/leak right above the accelerater pedal dripping onto my (r) foot.I contacted EA123 the following Tuesday after a long weekend.EA123 couldn't have been more helpful.I spoke with Sammy and his boss Dan.Dan rang me back within 10 minutes advising me that the car was being inspected by the Nissan dealer the following day, the result being that it went in to a windscreen place to have the windscreen resealed.I picked our car up this morning after advising Dan that I would keep an eye on it; Dan agreed and said to keep them advised.This review is being submitted to praise Dan and Sammy as highly as possible for mainly having such a caring attitude, and exemplifying the meaning of after sales service.EA123 should be very proud to have such fine employees as these men.

I bought my vehicle from Perth while being in Melbourne. Had it delivered here. The state of the car inside when received was appalling. Since then, I have left numerous messages, emails, and requests but in vain. They think once sold, there is no requirement to provide after service. Pathetic to know. I am writing this after about more than a month of raising my initial request.
