Rang 132468 and just got answering machine which said goodbye after it was unable to determine the reason for my call.

Not really competent, they gave me wrong a advise and end of financial year I had to pay money back.

Went there today, waited for 20 mins.I told the front of house what I need to do but not sure what I need, no comments was made.Was called after 4:30, which is fine but then the lady ask for a prove of ID which I left in car which was parked outside.They didnt let to go and get it cause they were closed, it wont take more than 20 secs.Really unprofessional.The staff should be trained proper.I am 28 weeks pregnant, left work earlir just to do it done and I left the place in tears. Really dissapointed.

Terrible customer service. I've requested a customer reference number for Centrelink and the lady told me that 'don't have time to do that now'''.

Unhelpful staff. The reality is they don’t want to help anyone. staffing for staffing sake.

Gotta love good old ceno. Theres nothin betta then when my ceno bucks come in on a thursdie morning so I can head to the pub and play keno all day till I run outa money.

Rude disrespectful unhelpful staff. There isn't enough time to write how badly I was treated by staff. Interesting how there are signs telling US to treat them with courtesy and respect when they treated me as though I was worse than a 2nd class citizen. Making a complaint does nothing either. Just means they probably note it on your file and then the next 'service officer' (and I use the term 'service' VERY loosely) knows you have complained and treat you even worse.

Horrible. Spent hours waiting around. Saw a whole bunch of different people on the same day who kept sorting the very minimal out for me and then referring me to the self service computers. When I had additional questions I had to be 'checked in' again and wait in the waiting room.One of the ladies that 'helped' needed some additional documents. She told me to get them and come back at 2PM. When I got back just before 2, expecting to see this person again she actually told the reception staff to just check me back in instead. So off to their waiting room again, only to be served by a completely different person!!! So what on earth was the point of telling me to come back at a certain time!Terrible service

Was treated absolutely terribly by a worker here. She was absolutely disgusting in her behaviour, especially to a customer who was nothing but respectful. Rude and condescending and treated my mother horribly.
