Stale bread. Clean and tidy store but bread is definitely yesterday's. Disappointed for the price.

Terrible food. Stone cold. Spent $50 there and they obviously don’t know how to use the grill. I had more sauce than actual food in my roll. I went to pick up my order and they were busy so I stood in line to be polite and be the last person. The girl who served me kept repeating herself about how I should be standing near the door to collect orders. Put a sign up if it’s that much of an issue. Will drive to South Maclean in the future.

Great customer service! My husband made it just in time before closing to a half packed up store!! The staff was beyond amazing in getting his order sorted.. they even made me fresh meatballs for my sub! Well done to the lovely staff at subway Jimboomba!! We will definitely be back to our local!

if I could give less I would my partner went in on Friday night at 8.30 first thing the male staff member did not want to serve her. when he finally served her he was very rude he put basically no filling on the sub she asked for bacon and got none. there was one other customer in the store that must of been friends with the female employee. my partner over heard them talking about her and looking and laughing about her weight which she is not big the fact she has a skin condition which isn't that bad and at her clothing mot the way in which anyone should be talking about another person. I called the store at 9am on Saturday to make a complaint only to have the phone answered buy a staff member who said she would get the anger to call back that day it's now Sunday night and no call. I'm discussed by the behaviour

Great service, I'm a regular, and my favourite thing to get is italian herbs and cheese bread with chicken schnitzel, the best sandwich maker that has served me so far is this girl Aliyah, and Angel they are very friendly and really good at making subs. Give them a promotion or something!

What happened to filling my sub with all those fresh ingredients of my choice? I remember having to say easy on the lettuce as they used to fill it up. It was delicious, fresh and worth every penny. Fast forward to 2020/21 and I will be making a sub at home. They no longer need a knife to fold and close your sub because there's hardly anything in it! 4 small thin slices of Roast beef 2 slices of cheese and a pathetic amount of fresh ingredients they put on now. How cheap can you be Subway? Was a regular customer for 20 yrs, not anymore.

The new shop was cool.I go to Subway often and go to many places.However, there were no particular memorable shops or staff.But I went to Jimboomba Subway today, and Angel was so kind and served with a smile and a bright expression. Thank you so much.

The young male trainee had horrible long nails like come on you work with food cut them they could easily go straight through your gloves
