What a pleasure to meet and receive assistance from Layla with some printing/copying earlier today.She understood my request and provided an excellent result. Layla was courteous, friendly and nothing was too much trouble.Excellent service! Grateful thanks. Good job Layla, I’ll be back even though it’s out of my way.

Not sure if it was because it’s Friday evening but it was awful to be ignored and the staff at the print centre did the whole “if we avoid eye contact the customer will go away” thing. Then to be finally spoken to and find out they don’t have someone who can operate the comb binder. Rubbish. Incompetent AND rude. Just say, “will be with you in a moment”. Acknowledge the human beings around you.

I went in to get a document scanned and the scan never appeared in my inbox. I asked to have one piece of paper laminated also. She didn’t know how to use the machine then told me she wasn’t able to do it as there wasn’t enough time before close. I expected better service and more competent staff and won’t be returning to this Officeworks.

I wish I’d gotten the girls name who was working in the photo print section but I came in a few days before Christmas and it was absolute pandemonium, you could forgive her being overwhelmed by customer demand and confusion but she displayed zen like calm, simplified each and every confusion into user friendly solutions and emanated patience in a very challenging environment. I can’t thank her enough or be more in awe of her

Came in yesterday to print seven photos. I tried to use the self-service photo printers but could not as their EFTPOS machine was broken even though I tried three seperate cards. When I finally was able to pay for my photos, they came out of the same printer as the customer before me, meaning I was forced to wait until their 102 photos printed despite there being three different available printers. When I asked if my photos could be transferred to one of these available printers, I was told they could not override the system. The one and only working printer then broke down. The customer before had her photos printed by the staff. Evidently, the store does have the capacity to override the system and print photos on another printer. However, I was told that my seven photos could not be printed in the same way as they were closing at 5:00 despite it being only 4:50 and that I could come and collect my photos tomorrow. I feel as though it does not take 10 minutes to print seven photos unless we are in the 19th century. I then rang today to check if the photos were available to collect, I was then placed on hold for 5 minutes whilst an unhelpful employee checked for them. I was then told that they could not find them and I would receive a text when they did. I highly doubt that I will ever get my photos and feels like I've been through such an ordeal for literally seven photos.

A fan of officeworks but was disappointed by the service today. Went for passport photo, was told I will get soft copy. Afterwords they said they can only save in Aussie passport size to which I said fine, even then they missed to copy to pen drive and forever the copy is lost as it seems from their system.

Rushed service, feels short staff every visit. Don't bother calling either, I'm currently trying as I write this and have been sitting here listening to a dial tone for 13 minutes after being transferred to someone who could answer my question"....my question was do you take passport photos at this branch? Since I've encountered other stores where their "machine was broken"."

A couple of years back, they had great staff at the printing center and I used to print my drawing every day there. Since last year, staff has been terrible, they are very inexperienced and unhelpful and they always waste a lot of your time when you need to get something printed for work. Unless you have a lot of time, better to avoid!
