I needed repair work on my home espresso machine and they completed the job quickly and efficiently. The mechanic communicated clearly the problem and what he did to rectify it. The repair cost was minimal. And the coffee beans are great as well! I’d highly recommend this business.

Great service at a great price. My automatic coffee machine was repaired quickly and came back looking better than new, and sparkling clean. I was very impressed by the knowledgeable technician who repaired it.

Forget it... We read reviews about 'far from good customer service'...But because Maxine was a lovely host we left our Italian coffee machine to be repaired. After waiting 3 weeks we kept calling daily. The result was 3 hours labour to install a $25 pressure switch, which the tech said was the problem on the same brand unit he serviced a while before. We aren't stupid and had tested almost everything before we took it in ready to work on. So we were ripped off and we will never return. This review is for those who care about where their money goes and who don't like to be lied to. Return calls don't happen, Quality of service is not good.

Really disappointed with this company. First, they kept my coffee machine for 6 weeks, then when I got it back, they had not fixed the problem at all. Still not working properly. I tried calling and have even emailed and had no response. I wouldn't waste your time going here, you will be charged for a job not done and still have to take it somewhere else. Wish I had done my research before dropping off my machine here.

Our coffee machine was left with this company 3 months ago and to date, it is still not fixed. Have been given every single excuse/reason/story under the sun as to why it is still in the same state it was given to them in. Contacted Breville directly to advise them of the situation, as this company should not be accepting any machines from the public. Clearly they are unable to manage current workloads or provide a satisfactory service. I completely understand things go wrong, difficulties in getting parts, staffing issues in these times, however standard communication and truthfulness when you own a business is just common curiosity and goes a long way in my books. Extremely disappointed with Moda Aroma.

Terrible customer service and doesn't appear to prioritise machines in any sort of order. Our machine was in the shop for a total of 3months and still not fixed!!!Initially took machine in due to ? heating/pressure issue and it was promptly returned a week later to us thinking the problem was fixed. Owner said bring it back if there is any issues.About a week later we took it back for repair as the machine had ongoing issues. We were quite patient while the machine stayed in the shop for repair. Weeks turned into months with no contact initiated by the owner to let us know where the repair was at.Each time WE called we were told oh I haven't had a chance to look at it"

The staff were really helpful and very easy to talk to. The technician went to great lengths to fix my machine and we are once again enjoying great coffee. Thank you so much!

Super friendly and welcoming! Helped me solve a simple issue with our coffee steamer so i could get back to having all the morning coffee's ready because we all know what sort of Monday is it if there isn't any coffee... Thanks guys!

Cannot fault the quality of service we received from the staff at Moda Aroma. Our Breville machine was fixed and back to us in two days. They were really diligent in making contact so we knew the machine was ready for pickup. Explained what was wrong and showed us the part that was faulty, Could not have been more thorough and transparent throughout the whole process.

I 100% would recommend this company for Delonghi repairs in Cairns they are the only people worth talking to. Brilliant service and turnaround on repairs and did not cost the earth.
