Thanks to the staff and Vet for a 10pm Walking- in when I really wasn’t sure if my dear cat was showing signs of old age or something more serious.With prompt service and clear explanation after a small test and recommendation of bigger tests, I was happy with the diagnosis with limited resources. Medication has been taken and we await further testing.When our animals are old, and when they like to hide their symptoms it can be difficult , so I really appreciate the empathy I was given

One star is too good a review for the poor quality of service we received. Vet never called to explain treatment plan left it to vet nurse, who failed to followed up, or ensure dog wasn't in pain, never explained how they intended to care for our dog, never gave the dog any pain medication and never explained the breakdown of the costs, ended up at another vets with dog in a serious condition that required 8 hours of emergency surgery. If you love animals you’d be embarrassed and ashamed to admit working for this shonky company. In my view the whole company should be banned from practicing Veterinary medicine

My dog was having trouble giving birth at 8pm and from the minute I rang them they were so helpful and told me to come straight in. My dog was exhausted, she had a puppy stuck in her pelvis and the ultrasound showed the puppies were distressed and there heart rates were dropping. Expectedly I was so stressed out and upset but the staff were so lovely and understanding they even made me a cup of tea. Long story short my dog had an emergency c sec and all puppies survived. I was quoted that it could cost up to $5000 due to after-hours and I was so surprised when they rang and said surgery was done and the cost would only be $3000 and for afterhours prices you would know that is soooo good! Not often the price goes down and by so much, they could of quite easily still charged me as much as they quoted but they are honest and care about both pets and the families. I can't thank you enough and I've told everyone I know that if they ever need to go to a vet after-hours this is the place to go!

This is the second time I've used vet 24 outside of regular hours when I can't see my own vet. I'm very pleased with their service again. They are attentive, proactive and well priced. Both times the vets present have been very competent and dealt with the issues in a professional and prompt manner. Always friendly too.Thank you Vet24

I have been taking my two dogs to Balcatta Vet24 due to their round-the-clock availability. Their care was particularly vital when one of my dogs was attacked. Thanks to their excellent and timely medical attention, he made a full recovery - a testament to their professionalism and dedication.Despite the relatively high prices and often long waits for non-emergency situations, the level of care provided here justifies it. I'm deeply grateful for their services, and it gives me peace of mind knowing that my furry friends are in good hands at Balcatta Vet24. They're a critical part of why I still have my little mate with me.

Absolutely amazing experience at this vet. Could not have faulted the care and experience we received. Everyone was so lovely and we felt very comfortable and heard. Left feeling like we had been heard and looked after very well. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We had Josie and I would definitely see her again. Thank you to you all!

My dog had an emergency at 10pm. I brought her in and all of the staff were professional and compassionate, and took great care of her (and me). The costs were very reasonable.I'm so grateful that Vet24 were open and helped.

I’m so grateful for everything Balcatta Vet24 did for my pup! Just two hours after being discharged from the previous hospital, I’m glad I sought a second opinion because the vet I spoke to listened to my concerns and marked us as urgent.I got to the hospital and felt my fears melt away, I knew my boy would receive the care he needed from the moment I walked in with him.The entire team at the hospital treated my pup as if he was their own, they were so respectful of his boundaries, investigated so thoroughly, had him on appropriate fluids and medications instantly. The team made his crate super comfy knowing he suffers separation anxiety, and gave him so much love.Within 24 hours, my boy was diagnosed with a rare puppy disease that was a complicated case, and getting discharged with a treatment plan with 100% certainty he would he would make a full recovery for something that would have killed him had I waited for his general appointment the following week.Just 48 hours after being discharged and my pup is already feeling ten times better.I cannot thank or recommend this team enough. I am forever grateful ❤️ Onyx is alive and on the mend because of you guys.

The vet Josie was absolutely fantastic!!I had to bring my dog in at the middle of the night because she ate something she shouldn’t have and needed to throw up.My dog is very anxious at the vet and Josie made sure she was as comfortable as possible. She told me everything I needed to know in detail, was patient with all my questions and explained exactly what she was thinking and used her knowledge to give my dog the best care possible while making her as comfortable as she could.She was very friendly and funny and her knowledge and professionalism made me feel calm during a stressful time, I had no doubt my dog was receiving the best care!
