Grenache Wine Bar
The staff were so lovely especially Shelly who helped my partner celebrate my birthday with a candle on our deserts as a surprise. The food was delicious.. probably by far best pork ribs I’ve had. We were lucky enough to get a dinner reservation on New Year’s Eve even though they’re so busy! Thankyou so much for having us.

The food here was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere was great. We are from Melbourne and were very impressed with the quality of food and vibes which were on par with what is offered in Melbourne. We had the tasty eye fillet and gnocchi. Definitely deserves 5 star!

Super popular dining spot in Cowes - you definitely need to book in advance to get in here.Wonderful friendly service, great atmosphere, and excellent menu.Huge wine selection on offer too, both local and international. If there’s nothing on the wine list you like, you can select something from the wine racks. We had a superb Provençal rosé - very well priced too.On the menu the meat board is delicious and perfect for sharing.All covid protocols are in place and adhered to which is really great.Highly recommended!

Fantastic wine selection, great variety of food options, and wonderful service. The restaurant is quiet and cozy. The location is perfect, within easy walking distance of shops, hotels, and the beach.

Excellent food and wine , despite the service being a bit slow. Some vegetarian option which is great for our non meat eating guest . All in all a great night and spot to catch up.

Fabulous food, service and ambience. Wasn't cliquey like small town bars can be. Couldn't have chosen a better place to have a meal and drink. Servings were generous, food was cooked to perfection. Genuinely couldn't fault a single part of the night.

One of my favorite places to go for a special occasion on Phillip Island. The food is amazing!! Everything is always cooked oh so well. Eggplant fries are my favorite. If you are a gin lover then this is the place for you. 10/10 for all the delicious gins I have here. Friendly service too.

Fantastic experience!!!Shelley was extremely attentive, has great knowledge of what compliments / enhances each spirit.The cocktails were delicious and I would highly recommend Grenache Wine Bar.Best service in hospitality that we have received in a long time and the bill splitting amongst 12 people was made easy thanks to Shelley’s service.

We went here for our 9th wedding anniversary. Delicious food and wine, everything was amazing. The music was great too for a wine bar. Better than many restaurants in Melbourne, everything had so much flavour and the service was great. Possibly the best restaurant we've been too. We've been to some pretty amazing restaurants, this might have been better than The Brasserie on Southbank and La Parisian in Geelong we went to several years ago which were some memorable places. They had food that catered to my dairy and other allergies and even gave us a spot with a little more room for our toddler who we had with us, although there were not many children there. Will definitely be back. Definitely recommend this place!

I was looking for a nice restaurant to take my partner to and Grenache popped up in the top. Certainly not disappointed! I called ahead and was told it was fully booked but we could pop in from opening time as long as we were done by the next booking. (Booking was a Saturday night and I had called the day prior - stoked they were accommodating on short notice)The staff were so lovely and very friendly. They were great at recommending dishes and wines (we love that they have local wines too)Every dish was mouth watering and very good portion sizes. The atmosphere was lovely and the fireplace is a great touch.We will definitely be back!
