Very unprofessional and impolite staff! There was a middle age lady served me there she was really angry, pushed my little son away to pass!I’ll never go there again nor recommend that place.

Rubbish shopping experience asked them to wrap 3 gifts i bought, lady said she was alone and too busy, then just sat there doing nothing while i wrapped them myself. Great work guys.

Beware. You don’t ever want to be treated the way as I just have been. Came to return a defective product, one day after purchase. Manager admitted that the product is defective and asked for receipt, which I didn’t have. We had given our mobile number when purchasing and they easily found the order in the system, plus we were able to show a marching credit credit card statement. Nonetheless, the managee was unwilling to give a refund. Started lecturing me on how no store would give a refund without a receipt and that the law does not require him to do so. The way he treated me was condescending and insulting to call it mildly. When I refused to accept their “store policy”, he eventually processed a refund while continuing his brash lectures. Unbelievable.

Excellent toy shop if you live in Mosman and surrounding suburbs.

Like the shop, but the opening hours quoted on Google are wrong. Drove all the way up here and it’s closed. Very annoyed and just venting.

Used to be great store. Now has a grumpy old lady who told my kids to leave the store as they (13, 11 and 9 year olds) weren't accompanied by an adult. So they went to Seed Kids next door to buy their presents instead!

We just had such a great shopping experience- John was so kind and friendly and patient, helping my two children, after I’m sure what’s been a long day for him. He made their day! Thank you

incredible customer service today from two lovely employees. they helped pick out a lovely lego set for my brother and i. the pair were very welcoming and knew their stuff! grateful to the pair of them, lovely to meet such kind people even through a mask!!!
