Echuca K9 Kondos Boarding Kennel

Lightning fast service. Just a touch over half an hour between calling and having the car unlocked. Definitely will use again (and I will need it the way my son locks his keys in his car AND has no spare key)

Our doggo goes here all the time. Great service, great facilities. They really know what they are doing. Great rates.

We arrived to drop our little cavoodle off to be greeted abruptly by one of the workers. When I explained who we were and the needs of our little man I asked if I could see inside the facility. The lady took us through the holding pens to my surprise the majority of pens were clean but had multiple dogs sharing the one pen. The lady proceeded to show us where our dog would be housed and given he is an entire she said he would share a pen with 2 other dogs and he would be let out during the day to the exercise yards (simply a sand yard full of other dogs!). I explained to her that he was to have a pen by himself which she agreed, but I was advised the pen hadn’t been cleaned and it would be cleaned later. We left our little dog there but with a very uneasy feeling. We went back each day, majority of the time greeted by the man running the facility to a very frosty reception. We were not permitted to see where our dog was being housed, but each time we got him we felt very uneasy. We took our little cavoodle to Shepparton for clipping and was advised by the groomer there that the facility is known to be over housed and not run in the best interest of the dogs. Having known this we would never have left him there. If you are considering leaving your animals there be very weary and do your homework as it’s simply not worth jeapordising the health of your four legged friends.

Whilst our fur baby has recently gone to doggy heaven, I feel that after many years of using K9Kondos, I want to give a review.Toni and Keith are the owners, Toni always friendly and chatty, while Keith, a little quieter, once you get to know his is a lovely caring man.Over many years, both cared for Max while we frequently visited Echuca/ Moama area. Max loved being there, so much so, we were not even sure he wanted to come home. That always made me feel confident about leaving him.Thank you so much Toni and Keith for all care. If we do get another fur baby in the future, we will definitely use K9Kondos again.Highly recommended. :-)

My little dog Audrey had such a great time she cried when we drove away. The kennels and dogs are lovingly looked after and the exceptional care given is obvious.

I decided that while I was in the area I would try these kennels as only one in area and after a phone call I felt would give them a go and at least try day care before having the dog stay over night. I put my dog in first thing in the morning and would then receive a call by 2.30 stating they couldn't look after my pet, too hard and to come get him. When I rocked up, the dog had broken nails, a bloody pour and foaming at the mouth as the owners were trying to hound him and freaking him out. We took the dog to Petstock got a recommendation to go somewhere else 100km away from the area and he ended up having a remarkable time with a happy dog in return
