Maiden Properties is a fantastic Real Estate Agency. As a previous employee, I can confidently say that Rean and his team are driven and dedicated to the work that they do. I would highly recommend Maiden Properties to anyone looking to join an agency, and to anyone looking for a team to help them find their next home.

A disgrace - would have given '-5' stars - Where to start !! My x-home (a modern decent house in Boronia Heights) was on market for over a year, only received a few offers and eventually sold (had to) for similar purchase price making a loss from my pocket, Agent would not budge on their commission though! Water bills never reimbursed on time from tenant (who was his handyman buddy), deletes his emails and blames me that I have not emailed them!! Still have unpaid tenant water bills (even after 5 months of sale) which I am pursuing through QLD Office of Fair Trading (a mess!!). He would not reply emails or pickup phone, just horrible to deal with. Rean is quite amicable at start to sign you up, but his workmanship is not up to standard and lacks market reach/knowledge (from an owner's point of view). My suggestion is to stay away (if you're a property owner looking to sell) and save the hassles.
