The showroom is fantastic if you need a visual representation of what to select. I live an hour away and dealt with the Coffs store on 2 occasions. Delivery driver was amazing. On one occasion we realised we were given the wrong basin. A new one was organised same day with delivery to my door and a swap. Fantastic service and quick response to emails. Only disappointment was they couldnt cater for my benchtop I wanted (oak) which meant I had to change my whole colour scheme. Website and catalogue portrayed otherwise. thanks Highgrove!

Needed replacement supports for vanity shelf. Unable to source correct items at Bunnings etc, contacted Highgrove as they stock same vanity unit. Even though we did not purchase the vanity from Highgrove, Rod provided replacement supports to us three hours away from Coffs, mailed to us free of charge. Brilliant service, really appreciate the effort to go above and beyond.
