Was looking for a workbench which I did not buy as it looked very low quality to me. The customer service was below par, when I asked questions the lady did not seem to understand or care about what I just had asked.Upon leaving I approached the warehouse person who was very nice and sorted my queries out.Low quality product + below par service meant I had to take my business elsewhere.

I stumbled across these guys while looking further for storage shelves after not being impressed with the cost of the lack of value of the ones i looked at in a major hardware store. I am glade that i looked further as i am extremely impressed and happy with my purchase. The girl that served me was very friendly and helpful. Was quick and very easy" to deal with. After all they are what they are. All can be easily researched on there website prior. Was not a problem to put up. Really ridged shelving. Perfect for me to what i need them for. Defiantly value for money."

So easy to assemble. I am a white collar paper pusher and have assembled 6, having bought 2 units for the shed and returning a month later to buy 4 for the garage. The units are aesthetically pleasing.The units don't come with rubber feet so I bought thin rubber in a roll from Bunnings, cut it to size and slipped a piece under each foot. Thankfully the saying 'you get what you pay for' is not true of Apple Shelving; you get much more than what you pay for! I am so grateful that this business operates.

After driving 40 minutes to collect for a 5% discount i found out only if I have a 5 star review, which I did on google but because I don’t have Facebook to give another 5 star review they wouldn’t give it to me. Wasted a day. Hopefully the quality isn’t as bad as the service.
