Crap this place is a joke I bought an item and asked for a refund it was unopened they accused me of using it. How the item was unopened. I know the manager and if that is the customer service that you get. Then Ill be taking my business somewhere else. CUSTOMERS ARE IN TITLED TO A REFUND. If you want a refund for a a change of mind, NEVER ENTER THIS PLACE. ........ LAST TIME I GO THERE.

Lovely workers and very friendly and helpful. Very welcoming and informative as well as intelligent, knowing what you are looking for and what you are saying to them. Highly recommend.

If you get the young bloke, he's cool.The older guys are well... Dull. They were also really judgemental and suspicious just based on the clothes I was wearing.I was a revisiting customer but not anymore.The worst part was the manager...Manager, I'd assume, had an item in the specials box of $4 dollars...When I went to purchase - he said oh I'll charge cost price!" (this is illegal) If it's amongst the $4 pile

The best place I get my parts from. Being going there for years. Been a customer since they were in deer Park with the small garage at the back. Top blokes highly recommend them. Good on prices too

Got our car serviced last Saturday. One week later on the road, lost the wiper on the highway while using the wiper. Next day went back to mechanic. The receptionist made us wait for 15 minutes till the mechanic came over. We explained what happened to mechanic and was told to speak to the receptionist. Receptionist asked us again what happened. We explained again what happened. He suggested that because it has already been one week, so someone could have come in the night and loosened the wiper so that we would lose it while driving. All he was saying is that we have to pay for it again.Went to another mechanic so we dont have to deal with said receptionist ever again.

Im a regular and have found this place to have really good customer service. Staff are knowledgeable too

The car ran like a Swiss watch. I took in for service. They said had to change timing belt. It come out of there backfiring. Took it back again, they said it was the Air Flow Controller (AFC) and they didn't work on it (poor fitting of timing belt causes back firing which damages the AFC). Cost me over $700 to fix. Never again. Take your car there at your own risk.

I needed windscreen wiper blades replaced on my nissan almera. Daniel was exceptional in the customer service he offered. He took the time to actually come out of the shop and fix the new blades on and didn't even charge. Needless to say, I'm impressed with his efforts and I highly recommend this store, based on Daniels amazing assistance alone. Thanks Daniel.

I took my car in to get a new fuel pump a few months ago. They fixed it up fine and dandy, but one of the employees made racist remarks towards the person driving the tow truck. Absolutely disgusting. Will not be using them again, no matter how conveniently located they are.
