Forced into self serve ordering, no paper in machine for a receipt. Staff proceed to call out order numbers oblivious to nobody having an order number thanks to staff not being bothered to replace paper. Oh everybody has time to chat though. Arrive home to find fries missing. If only chatGPT could run fast food!

Would give zero stars if I could. Just ordered a late night snack as I had a long day and the service was awful. I got delivery through my maccas app. So first of all I got no straw for my drink - which is fine and I can live with that. Then the nuggets I ordered were packed in a very greasy box with black oil crease bits all over the nuggets. And finally my fries were missing.

I’m not usually one to go out of my way to leave a negative review but your accuracy and customer service is non existent and I’m so angry. We ordered $103 worth of food through Menulog, you’ve forgotten 2 large cokes, 2 quarter pounder burgers and an entire happy meal. After our long wait with the driver at the restaurant waiting to collect you’d have thought you might have the decency of double checking what you have supplied. I’ve tried to call your restaurant 7 times and no answer. In what world do you think this is ok? It’s appalling.

I ordered a strawberry shake and a chicken n cheese on Uber eats. I paid for an extra slice of cheese but didn’t get it. I also requested utensils and didn’t get any and had to drink my shake without one. The burger was also barely warm.

after having a long day at work; I told my husband to go buy a chai tea; with regular milk. these people never listen to what the customers want. They put me in chai tea soy milk and I have never liked it, first they gave my husband coffee and then my husband went the second time I did not ask for coffee and th's and soy milk and I have never liked it, first, they gave my husband coffee and then my husband went the second time I did not ask for coffee and then he just says sorry, but having a hard time they gave us chai tea with soy milk to me vomiting that milk and my husband does not ask for soy milk please the boss of that McDonald's train those young people; who listens to the customer

Staff is borderline useless. Numerous times I’ve had food missing. Management is just as worse. Drive thru is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced for any restaurant.If this place closes down it’ll be due to the poor service from staff and management.If you can’t properly read and do an order at McDonalds correctly good luck in your future cause this stuff is beyond easy.Take it from someone who worked at McDonald’s..

This is a modern restaurant situated on the busy Great Western Highway. It does a busy trade through its drive-through. I haven't walked into the restaurant, but it does a fairly decent trade through the doors but not as busy as the Maccas further down the road near the Cumberland Highway. This is also less parking her specifically for McDonalds, but there is plenty of extra parking near the 7-Eleven on the entry side of the lot. I used the drive-through, and it was quick and efficient, and the staff were friendly. It was a seamless experience well honed by the regular traffic I see entering the drive-through.

Very slow service. Waited in drive through for close to 10 min at the speaker. Eventually the staff decided to take orders. Then once I paid waited an additional 15min to get a small McChicken meal. It was before midnight not sure why the staff were taking a nap.
