Staff shouting at each other, not at all professional in their service. Salada biscuits open, mixed in a bowl with Mentos. Who does things like that?

Very loud, took 6 phone calls during my 45 min massage - yelling to people outside the room the whole time. Paid no attention to the actual massage.
