Katus Lighting

I bought some globes that did not work in my chandelier on their recommendation (a chandelier I originally bought from them) and when I went to return the incompatible globes they refused to refund me saying ‘if these globes work today in my store in my light I will not refund you’ - only by showing them a home video of the functioning light and then changing it to the globe the sold me proving it didn’t work in a functioning light + a yelling match with the worker she eventually gave me the refund and was very rude about it. There is no customer service or after care once you buy anything from them it’s goodluck and goodbye, no loyalty for returning customers with problems, even if the problem is something they caused - eager to sell to you and give you a discount at the time but be careful. And they won’t exchange globes for a different colour if you come back the next day wanting to do an exchange they force you to buy a brand new 2nd set of the globes in the other colour instead of doing a simple swap on brand new globes you only bought yesterday. Also my expensive chandelier started to fall apart immediately after installation (the connection where you insert the little prongs of the globe is disintegrating like chalk it’s very odd) very poor quality, once they have your money they hold on tight and try to squeeze more from you, doesn’t matter if you’re left with a shoddy product.

Very happy with service. Went to other light shops who didn't give us good service because we were only buying one pendant light, but Katus lighting helped us from the moment we entered the store. Will definitely go back for other lighting needs.
