Just been kept waiting 40 minutes had to end up leaving as the receptionist who was totally ignoring the fact that we were there did not offer any apology for keeping us waiting, as well as having the air-conditioning aimed down on her (she was ok)we, my 93 yr old mother and I were left sitting in the sun(very hot today )and even though she heard us saying how hot it was and that Mum was feeling faint she did not close the as you would do to keep whole room cool or offer to pull down blind as she could have.Like I said she totally ignored us and left us sitting in the heat of the sun until we couldn't stand any longer and had to leave .Most rude and ignorant especially to such an elderly lady. I'm so upset .

I was recently fitted for hearing aids at Telex and i just want to say that i have never dealt with a company that is so caring and sensitive. They went above and beyond to find me the right solution for my hearing issues and were able to source me a hearing aid that suited me down to the ground and at a great price. It has revolutionized my day to day life. Thankyou so much! I can't recommend these guys more highly to anyone looking for a company that seeks to genuinely help their customers.
