My partner and I will not be shopping at Woolworths South Fremantle again after witnessing a short big built woman staff member with black glasses her hair two tone. Calling herself the manager she verbally abused an elderly lady over an item, calling her a thief even after the lady showed her she had in fact paid for all her items, and had done nothing wrong. This staff member continued in this way harassing this lady who was clearly not well saying don't come back into my store you are life banned Is this the way Woolworths train their staff" to speak to customers. Disgusting behaviour"

Probably one of the better Woolworths stores. Was served my Jessica this morning who showed not only enthusiasm for her work but great customer service skills. I would definitely recommend her for employee of the month.

Went today to get last vegemite coin was told there was some but i had to purchase something to get so I bought 2 chocolates paid for them and i ask for the coins was told there was none was not impressed as i did not really wanted to buy anything only reason was to get coins

Excellent range, competitive prices, dismally bad checkout service this morning by a solitary oh so slow operative.The self serve checkouts are inadequate for bagging large quantities and also for the less physically capable customers.Reminded us of why we stopped shopping here three years ago. Woolies should get some of their overpaid executives out of their offices and back to the experience of doing real service for real customers.Marketing should not be ageist, or anti-choice. Customers go to staffed checkouts because they need that choice.Two dozen choices of eg coffee are wiped out by unnecessary Soviet style queuing to get out.It is evident that there is a lack of critical thinking at the top. This would sort out the muddled departmental objectives which result in paying customers brassed off at the Checkout. Customers do not pay to be treated like cattle. That is the province of certain Airlines.

Nice and clean and fresh looking veggies and fruits. We bought a beautiful eye fillet that melted in our mouths only $17. Friendly staff and helpful at self checkout.
