Sage builders got to build my house at Gracevillie what they did was so amazing and we are really happy with their work I would strongly recommend them

We are extremely happy with our new home. All the team at Sage Building and construction were extremely helpful and we had such a good experience dealing with them. Some people had warned us that building your own home can be extremely stressful however, Sage did a great job in managing the build and the whole process was fairly smooth. The regular communication helped iron out and concerns we had. We would highly recommend Sage for their open communication, coming in within the time frame, and delivering a gorgeous home.

Working with Sage Building and Construction was a wonderful experience. We went in to the project figuring to expect a few challenges, just based on experiences friends and acquaintances had had when building their own homes (using different builders). Thankfully, we did not experience any of that with Sage Building and Construction. Nima was attentive, on the job almost every day, and up front and direct about the process from start to finish. The working relationship was a breeze, as Nima respected what we, the homeowners, wanted out of the house while also being diligent in regards to bringing up any considerations we might want to be aware of before making any major decisions. Nima and the team from the Sage Building and Construction have been wonderful, professional and attentive to details from the beginning. To be honest, our family was a little nervous about starting our project in the midst of pandemic, in terms of potential delays due to isolation requirements and difficulty in sourcing the building materials. However, the entire team was extremely well organised, always one step ahead in planning and delivery, not to mention being very professional, experienced and helpful at all times. They were easily accessible and always responsive whenever I had a question or a concern or needed their advice. They made the whole process so much enjoyable and stress-free. Building our Custom House with Nima and his team was a really positive experience and to scope, on time (Covid delays were well managed ) and on budget (we asked for a few additonal variations). As importantly Sage are a great team who äll cared enormously about project outcomes. Nima and his wonderful family are also now great neighbours. If you are considering your options then call the team at Sage as you won't work with better people.
