had my cartier santos galbee serviced here.perfect fix and polish for an unbelievably low price.the photo below compares my brand new rolex to my serviced cartier i received here, hopefully showing how immaculate their service is.tom and the receptionist were very friendly and helpfully educated me on my timepiece. would recommend! 10/10

Expert Watch Repair
Cash only old school business guy. Complained when I showed him a photo of my docket receipt as I picked it up. Tried to charge me full when I paid a deposit. He is a bit arrogant but no one is perfect.The overhaul of my Tag Chronograph was $297. Took over 3 weeks. Looks a lot newer when he gave it back.

went to Expert watch repair after Omega in martin place were going to charge me $ 610 to change my battery in my watch, telling me it required a full service. Expert watch repair charged me $ 77 and told me it did not require a service . I can highly recomend this company to all . raymond banks

Terrific old school watchmaker / craftsman who was very helpful and very reasonably priced. I took my watch in for battery replacement and band replacement and he took the time to test the battery first, before assuming it was ‘dead’. Highly recommended.

Helped reglue a simple cosmetic issue with my Stuhrling. The guy ran through how the issue was caused (cheap mass made watch) and explained how a proper glue job would solve it.If my watches actually broke, will definitely consider Expert Watch Repair for the job.

Thomas who owns the business is professional, highly experienced and easy to deal with. His prices are very good considering the top end branded watches that he works with. Typically, when you go through the official service providers, it costs a small fortune and takes weeks to get your watch back. Thomas fills a nice gap with his no nonsense honest approach, very reasonable pricing and fast turnaround time. My Cartier Santos watch had the battery replaced, pressure tested and returned the next day. Thanks Thomas!
