Charlie, Steve and their team at SCCC provided an incredible service for our wedding lunch. Due to covid, we had to change our wedding format and therefore catering, to which SCCC agreed to cater our wedding with a few months notice (usually caterers require to be booked over a year in advance). Their communication was quick and in-depth, and they were inclusive and accepting of our requests.The food was exceptional - many of our guests had positive feedback, with all dishes being standouts! We chose the communal dining menu, which included tender pork with delicious crackling, flavoursome beef, and incredible sides and salad. Serving sizes were more than generous - we would have loved to take the rest home it was that good! They also cut, plated, and presented our wedding cake beautifully.Our vegan and pescatarian guests also raved about their food - the fish was delicious, and they had their own potatoes cooked (as the others were cooked in duck fat), and the vegan dessert looked and tasted great (our vegan guest was very happy that he even got a dessert as he is usually forgotten!)

South Coast Catering Collective catered for my 50th birthday celebration on a rural property on the South Coast. From my first enquiries with Charlie, the communication and organisation of the event was easy and efficient. On the day we were battered with wild winds and had to move the event from outdoors to inside. Steve the chef and the kitchen hand arrived early and were so wonderfully calm and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble which I greatly appreciated. The food was delicious, plentiful and well presented. All my guests commented how much they enjoyed everything. They come highly recommended and I would definitely use them again, Many thanks

The South Coast Catering Collective team was great! They were available at relatively short notice and worked with us to figure out a great menu for my mum's birthday lunch that worked with our setup and budget and random special requests. I got so many comments on how good the food was. Would highly recommend.

I think they were a little disappointed that you weren’t from Sydney!There isn’t thing really that I would say to improve your customer service. It has been really easy to work with you directly, and you were very accommodating and patient with my requests and questions. The wait staff on the day were amazing, really friendly and easy to chat too, no stress at all. Also very accommodating to requests from guests and to my partner asking for a plate of canapés just for himself, he was worried he was missing out on stuff!. It was great that all the staff and the chef felt as though they were comfortable there and it went seamless.i hope it really was this way for them. Also the pulled pork sliders went down great the next day!Can’t thank you enough, really everything was fantastic!

The Shoalhaven River Festival has just completed our Inaugural Long Table Lunch. Working closely with the Catering Collective over the past 6 months, we were able to present a wonderful event to our guests. Steve & Charlie Brown are so easy to work with. Giving years of experience in the catering industry to bring that knowledge to our event. Steve is a magical Chef, the flavours in all his dishes were superb. All our guests loved the menu and left in the afternoon very happy. Lots of positive feed back coming in from those that attended. Absolutely would recommend the South Coast Catering Collective

We approached South Coast Catering Collective about catering for a weekend away for 20 people. This included everything from shared platters and main meals with sides for both adults and children. They were most responsive and had a quote with us the same day. The food is sourced locally and was amazing, particularly with crackling pork and 24 hour cooked lamb. The sides were also very tasty. All our guests were raving about the food. I would definitely recommend. Thanks to Charlie and the team !

We recently celebrated my wife’s 70th Birthday with a family get-together in a great property in Vincentia. Our four children, their partners and our 9 grandchildren were there for this special event and my wife wanted a special dinner (for the adults) to celebrate. After quite a bit of research into local caterers we found the South Coast Catering Collective and started planning what to have from their extensive menu choices. When we sent our proposed choices off to Charlie Brown she came back with a number of suggestions which we accepted. Rather than having staff to serve the dinner, we opted for having the meals delivered for us to serve ourselves.The outcome was fantastic; the food was delivered right on the time and all the dishes were at the right temperature. There was plenty of food for all the adults and the quality and flavours were fantastic. It could not have been better and certainly helped make the occasion even more special.I highly recommend the South Coast Catering Collective if you are looking for caterers providing the highest quality food and excellent service at a reasonable price in the South Coast region.

Charlie and Steve were phenomenal! We got married a month ago and throughout the process Charlie was super helpful and responsive regarding the stressors of COVID-19 and changes to the menu. For the tasting and on the day, Steve was a gem! He went above and beyond when we needed help the day after with waitering, when he absolutely didn't have to.The food was to die for and all our guests took care to tell us how much they enjoyed the food!They are an amazing team, who care about their staff and their customers. I can't recommend them enough!Thank you again xx

A big thank you to South Coast Catering Collective for making BBCR International Volunteers Recognition event a Success. The quality, freshness, variety of the catering for the High tea was exceptional. Volunteers commented to me that this was the best Recognition event that they had been too and the food was delicious.
