Normally our go to place to shop and the recent renovations have made it much easier to navigate the store However, the new over head trolley scanning cameras cause a lot of congestion and delay in the checkout process. Understand the requirement for them but there needs to be additional staff in the self serve checkout area to clear and check these warnings more efficiently.

Ive been shopping this store for a very long time, yesterday I attended and only 1 check out opened and 2 one closed. There was a very long queue to get through. I went to counter to complain, but went on deaf ears saying we have no staff. I advised that they should consider hiring more staff. Girl did not take must care or consideration of my conversation. This store is forcing people to go through the self serve check out which I refuse to do. I dont work for Woolworths. I am sick and tired of these excuses. EMPLOY MORE STAFF. From now on I will attend the South end store. Lift you game...

I recently shopped at Woolworths Watergardens and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The produce section was stocked with fresh and vibrant fruits and vegetables, making it a joy to shop for my weekly groceries. The staff were also a standout, going above and beyond to assist me with my purchases and offering helpful suggestions. They were friendly and made me feel welcomed in the store. One of 2 woolworths in the shopping centre. This one is located on the eastern arm of the centre, whilst the other is located on the southern. This woolworths is slightly bigger than the other, and the location is prime around other specialty food services such as bakeries, meat stores and seafood

4 wet spills on the ground throughout the store. The front desk wasn't manned for 10mins. When I told them about the spills—including the one 5m from the front desk in the entry—nothing happened after 15mins.Don't come here unless you wanna break your neck.Also the removal of the express lane is honestly appalling.

I was disappointed to find that the self-checkout machines were too sensitive or frequently in error. This caused long lines and delays, which was frustrating. Despite this inconvenience, the staff were friendly and helpful in resolving any issues. Overall, I would recommend this supermarket for its convenience, but be prepared for long wait at the self-checkout.

Fresh Veggies and good variety of food.The only thing I don't like is you can't really see the Specials Tags on the shelves.You really have to look close to see what's on Special.Please put the Original Specials Tags back on the shelves please.Thankyou.
