Delicious meals, nice flavours. My family loves the options available and I never thought I would hear my husband saying “Let’s have sushi today”. A little bit pricey and slow delivery to your table when ordering through the table app, but it’s worthy all the way. They are always busy and full.

I used to really love eating here, but after our last dining experience, I don't think I will return.When this restaurant opened, the food and service was fantastic. As a sushi train member I was delighted when one opened here in Burpengary. But sadly over the past few months everything seems to have gone downhill.The staff seem disinterested, you have to fight to get their attention and everything seems to take forever.The food quality has sadly declined too. Everything used to be fresh and pop, now the food seems to be rushed and thrown together. A lot of the food had been out of stock since well before christmas and sadly still is.I mean what is a sushi restaurant without fresh sushi?

Lovely little tucked away Sushi Train. Food was deliciously fresh. Always good for a quick bite. Staff are friendly and attentive.

Nice food. It would be good to have signage to say that anything you want needs to be order via QR code. We waited ages until we figured it out.

Tasty and fresh sushi. Love their tempura salmon roll, their eel nigiri is nice and fatty which is better than all the other sushi places I have been to so far. Though I think they need to improve the ordering system... You can't see what you have ordered and how much your bill is..

My friend & I stood around waiting for someone to seat us, there was about 5 staff there yet no one spoke to us so we went to sit ourselves but all the tables were dirty so we moved the dish’s to the end of the table then finally a staff member came over to us only to ask us to move so they can seat people that had come in to the store after us yet there was multiple free, dirty, tables that they could seat them at. We got up & left rather then have to stand around waiting for bad service again. Even though we live close by we won’t be visiting sushi train anymore, we’re sticking with sushi metro for their far better customer service. Thank you to the staff at sushi train burpengary for helping us make that choice so easy.

Went here for a lunch with my son. No greeting at the door we seated ourselves, no chopsticks or anything available on the tables I had to try find it all myself. The train was basically empty and what was there looked like it had been there all day and no one was touching it. Had to order from table app, sushi was messy in presentation. Music was very loud and inappropriate for a family restaurant, it made us both feel rather uncomfortable. Restaurant was unclean and service was some what rude. We didn’t stay long we waited ages to pay. Don’t go here there is plenty of better places close by.

Sorry but has to be done! We went last night for valentines and ended up walking out! We went at 5pm hoping it wouldn’t be too busy as it’s early, we got seated pretty quick on a high bar in the corner which is fine. Ordered some food on my phone it took over 35mins to arrive, just 2 plates of sushi. My partner ordered 2 seperate orders, one at the same time as me that and another 5 mins later. The 5 min later one arrived with my order and the first ordered he made when we sat down just never arrived. 45mins waiting and we asked staff, who obviously didn’t want conflict and didn’t even bother to check up on the order so we just ended up paying for the couple plates we had a left. The kitchen had 5 staff in it with about 20 customers in the restaurant, they clearly had no idea what they are doing about 50 dockets orders laying on the floor waiting to be made, no structure at all, it’s not hard to deep fry chicken and add some sauce. It’s a shame they have really let down the sushi train name. We are regulars to another sushi in the area that have 2 staff running the kitchen and even at their busiest time we have never waited more then 10mins for a dish, it’s a shame as the food we did get was tasty but we certainly won’t be going back to watch the circus again

Me and my son had a good time ... The tables need a clean ..., the customer service is poor but food is ok ..
