Such caring and helpful staff, from the receptionist, nurses and vets. I had an emergency and they promptly got me in. They rang me the next day to see how my cat was. The day my cat unfortunately passed they were there and didn’t rush us. They gave us time to make decisions and supported us with those decisions. I have taken my other animals there as well and every time the same care shown no matter if big or small problems.

Highly qualified vets and nurses, very helpful and friendly staff. Not over expensive as other vets. They recommended new medications for my 17 year old cat, and had a very successful surgery as well and my cat was there only 3 hours for the surgery. Highly recommend.

Always great service and a great selection of products. Verry well maintained and clean shop.with an onsite vet and grooming services are exemplary. I purchase all my products for my fish and cat here. Also tag engraving onsite. Recomend for any pet lover.

Bad service. I waited . The girl at the counter walked off . I approached another staff and she said she was busy . Really bad service. If customers come in and ask for help , surely they can be attended to after waiting. I can seee my business wasn’t needed at pet stock. I went to pet barn. The staff attended to me straight away. Excellent service there . Perhaps you can train your staff to be attentive to customers and not ‘stay’ engrossed in computers when a customer rocks up to ask a question.

Went in looking for a air pump for our aquarium. Only had one brand in stock with a $99 price tag. Safe to say we bought elsewhere. Did buy an air stone and tubing, as pricing was comparable to elsewhere. Nice shop but not worth visiting for aquarium stuff as stock is limited.
