Had the pleasure of having Iain resurface our kitchen benchtop recently. Iain was thoroughly professional, friendly and punctual during the whole process...and the finished product was amazing !!! So happy with the result, it has completely transformed our kitchen. Could not recommend Iain and Aircoat Australia more highly to breathe new life into your home. I’ve just had Iain and Kieran resurface the walls of my bathroom in Caulfield East today.I was hoping to pass on some feedback regarding my experience with them both, please ensure this email finds it’s way to the appropriate people.They initially came out to quote me for the works and we’re mindful not to interrupt while I was working from home. After taking measurements they gave a verbal estimate and later confirmed via email.Today they arrived at 8am exactly, which was very impressive (I’ve had poor experiences in the past with trades showing up late or cancelling last minute).Iain advised that they would aim to complete the job in one day rather than having to come back over the weekend. Throughout the time they were here they communicated when necessary - to let me know when they’d be making noise and how long for. I appreciated the heads up as I was able to organise my work calls around this and they managed to complete the job in the same day!It looks great, Iain and Kieran were great!I’ll be recommending AirCoat and resurfacing as an option to anyone and everyone! Iain resurfaced both our Ensuite and Bathroom Vanities which were well overdue for an update. Iain was informative of the product, prompt, courteous, reliable and left the area in a very clean state, all with minimal disruption. Such an amazing result was achieved by Iain who was so easy to deal with, informative, skilful and professional. Iain resurfaced out claw foot bath. We had a non start day which was my fault but he completed the job as soon as he possibly could. The bath looks awesome. Highly recommend.

Iain and his son were always on time and conducted themselves in a 100% professional manner. Their work was truly excellent and of an extremely high standard. Its hard to find such good trade workers. We would recommend them them highly to anybody looking to have their surfaces professionally coated.
