Stockdale & Leggo Inverloch

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Justine Irvine from Stockdale & Leggo Inverloch! Justine is a true professional in her field with a problem-solving mindset, excellent communication skills, very good knowledge, and understanding of the local real estate market. She understood what I was looking for from the very first meeting and despite that there were not many houses on the market and I was pretty particular, she made it happen and found me the property that ticked all the boxes for me! Unreal! I most definitely couldn't have done it without her. Throughout the whole process, she was always available to answer my additional questions and helped me every step of the way. Excellent agency. Professional and caring. They go out of their way to help. Either it is after hours inspection, promting to switch electricity or providing highest professional advice. They are also very efficient. Jamie David in particularly, is an excellent professional of this agency who was looking after me.Always available on the phone or in person, proactively show they care, professional - documents all done to highest standard and explained in detail they also act with highest degree of integrity.I would highly recommend this agency. Other agencies are not as hepful and professional as this agency, in my experience.

There's a reason why real estate agents consistently poll near the bottom of trusted professions (along with lawyers) and these guys personify that perfectly. As an example, take a look at their website and click on Meet the Team". Apparently the "team" consists only of four guys - all of them people you wouldn't trust with your pet cockroach! We stayed at 2 Usher crt for four nights. We loved our stay and the Stockdale staff were very friendly. They even checked with the cleaners or owners to let us check in early when there was a terrible storm. Their payment system was a little dodgy though. They get sending us automated messages to pay the deposit when we had paid it two weeks earlier! Al

I would definitely recommend Jacinda Studham and the Stockdale & Leggo Inverloch team. Moving to Inverloch we decided to rent before we bought or built, most of the other agencies just flicked us the list and weren’t helpful beyond that. Jacinda was very helpful with providing information and explained the process in a way that showed her expertise. She talked us through the steps and explained the different areas in town and what each area had to offer. Others didn’t enquire about our situation and family needs. Jacinda understood and asked questions of us that I would like asked if it was my property being rented. Jacinda has continued to be friendly and professional, it is a tough job in the management of rental properties, and she has excelled with communication, timely responses and her local knowledge which gave us the confidence to make a decision regarding which property would be right for us.

Adam took a very professional approach with the sale of our property. The plan that he put in place worked and we sold within a short amount of time. I would highly recommend using Adam and Stockdale and Leggo for the sale of your property.

Called the inverloch office and spoke to an Angie or Angela (would not give me her last name) who was extremely condescending, demeaning and rude. Most unhelpful experience I have had with a real estate agent.
