Excellent, after 8 months though my therapist was no longer available so have been put into someone else but their name doesn't appear anywhere so I can read up on them so I'll just have to hope they're good. I don't want to be tossed from one to the other

Terrible. Worst experience I've had with a psychologist and company. Got told I had to admit I was a failure and when I complained they ignored it until I involved the ombudsman. Was left feeling suicidal after seeing Dr Alastair Campbell. If you need help, go somewhere else or call lifeline: 131114.

The reception were really nice, but this company only sends you to really expensive phycologists and the one I saw was just terrible, her name was Dr Rose.
