Was greeted and helped by an older lady today(sorry didn't get her name), her service was exceptional and so helpful. Even put my shoe on and off! 10 stars thankyou for your help. Didn't have my size unfortunately but will definitely be back in the future, thank you.

I walked into the north lakes store to buy my son a pair of nice school shoes, when I entered I wasn’t greeted nor acknowledged, after 5 minutes of being in the store I was finally “greeted” by a young girl who didn’t really want to help me find sizes or the correct shoes with my son (too much work maybe?)I asked her if she could still help me and she said I should come back with my son and let him choose and get the size right.I explained to the young girl, that I am happy to spend whatever as long as I find a good comfortable pair and that I had to purchase them that day because I have no time to return to the shops.I ended up walking out because I wasn’t about to hand over $100 to an unhelpful sales assistant with a bad attitude after a long day at work when I’m just trying to do some shopping.Never coming back!

Recently bought a new pair of netball shoes. I was greeted by Alicia who was able to fit me with the right shoes. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. I will be back next for new running shoes. Thank you Sportsco!

11 35am Saturday morning, only 1 other person in the store. I wandered the whole store without assistance being offered. Pleased teach your staff to treat ALL customers equally and evenbif inwas just browsing, I too have the potential for a sale. Very poor customer service. Do not judge a book by its cover.

Purchased $112 joggers for my son today only to find out when we got home 2 different styles in the box,will return tomorrow to fix this situation, not happy jan

Had a great experience buying a pair of runners, Amanda was extremely helpful.

Went into the north lakes store and was there for around 10m. The staff member didn't say hi or ask if we needed help. Then a second staff member appeared, they also didn't ask if we needed help etc. They were far too busy chatting.

Not being from around the area, I called the shop (instead of Google-ing the shop address) and asked the polite staff to please direct me to the shop and what the best way to get there from Kallangur. Kayla explained best she could, even which lane to stay in and it helped me out a great deal! A mother of 4 and already having a busy hectic afternoon she doesn't know what great help she was. Went into Sportsco and Kayla assisted me and my girls with what we needed. Great customer service! My girls loved talking with her. Enjoyed the experience within attending this shop. Thanks Kayla!
