United's website says there's 98 RON petrol here but there ain't. There is a lone 95 pump though.

The guy working there currently has made me wait so many times, super slow service. I asked could I get a sausage roll and he told me ;one minute and continued cleaning the shop as I stood waiting. Walked out. Terrible customer service

I can’t believe anyone can like Pie Face pies. The chunky beef was most sauce and the meat that was there looked like tiny pieces of processed meat. 0 out of 10. Not even one star.

In the middle of lockdown and that fat guy thats working hasmt got his mask over his nose or mouth. He coughing. Probably chocking on all the pies he's eatem.

One of the rules for refueling is not to do it if there’s a tanker there, or even if it was there a few days before. Why??Just about every servo has water at the bottom of their underground tanks but oil and by-products like petrol are lighter than water and sit on top of it, and theoretically the pumps only pick up at above that level. Also when a tanker is refilling the storage tanks, it stirs up that water and it can be drawn in by the pump while a motorist is refueling. The workers at this service station do not keep records on when the tanker comes and are not aware of the issue. I will be not refueling here anymore. Sorry United

Always have an issue with coffee machine. They never cleaned it. In the night whenever go for the coffee they said its out of order
