The rooms are modern and spacious. Apart from a broken curtain and a half eaten pizza left in one room, they were very clean and well maintained. By chance we noticed that the communicating door connecting our room to an adjacent one that wasn't ours was left unlocked. After discussing this with the motel management I'm not confident that the electronic locks they are using are the right thing for those doors so if I stay there again I'll make sure I only stay in a room that doesn't have one.

We stayed for 4 nights in mid December, 2022. What a fantastic motel! Beautiful, spacious rooms with pleasant views! Ample power points with USB outlets. Plenty of secure covered parking spots. And the wonderful RSL Club next door for easy access to terrific dining options! Oh, and did I mention the really friendly and very helpful staff? Well, Servies will always be our place to stay in Armidale from now on! Thanks for a very enjoyable stay!

The staff at this motel are exceptional - the absolute loveliest people, super accomodating and helpful, best customer service I’ve ever received. Rooms were spacious and comfy, we had a couple of requests which they happily looked after, we left something behind and they posted to us. What a heat experience, thank you Servies.
