Rex & Jen are good people. They are professional and genuinely gave a #@&$ about my music/art/project and helped lay out its presentation to be framed.They may charge a bit more than others but you can rest assured itll be done to the highest of standards, which is why I went to them. For a few extra bucks its worth it.I had my 3 cd's from my days playing in rock bands put into a air-tight frame. I can die happy now knowing itll be around a long, long, long time.

Great customer service with a family feel.Price: $-$$$Service: 5 StarsStaff: 5 StarsI have only just discovered Coastal Framing and Design and I have to say it was such a lovely interaction.Jen was kind, informative, proactive, personable, knowledgeable and very accommodating.I had a picture taken on an iPhone 12 of our family blown up for my mum for Xmas and framed.Service was completed with a quick turnaround and of high quality. Best part is it didn’t cost an arm and a leg.I will always return to Coastal Framing in the future.Thanks Jen.

The best picture framers on the Coast. Jen , Rex , Chad and the crew are absolute legends and a joy to work with.The quality of their workmanship is matched only by the quality of their customer service. They were willing to accommodate all of my requests and when I picked up my order in store I was met with nothing but warmth and smiles.I would recommend their services to anyone needing some artwork or memories captured forever in frame.

We brought in a specialized and personal project to the Team. Our wishes and our artist's instructions were complicated. Rex and Jen took time with us to make sure our needs could be met. They framed our project like it was their own and went beyond to met a couple special requests we had. It wasn't and easy job we gave them - it was meticulous - thankfully we brought it here. No one else would have taken on our project with such care! I'd love to post a pic but I don't want to share our unique (eyes) art.Have patience, if you want perfection, framing takes time to turn around (complete) and something special is worth the wait! We brought in our first piece about 4 years ago, they are consistently great.

Thank you Jen at Coastal Framing for making our experience of selecting framing for our Japenese block prints today so enjoyable and rewarding. It was such a relief (after some unfortunate past experiences with other picture framers) to be assisted by someone who is really good at their job. Jen was so professional, but also warm and relaxed, guiding us, offering an appropriate range of choices, but at the same time hearing and respecting our wishes and tastes. So happy with our choices in the end! And the price was incredibly reasonable for the quality materials we choose. Thank you again Jen. It was such a great experience from beginning to end.
