Voyage Kitchen City Beach
Was quite really looking forward to Voyage Kitchhen City Beach and thought it was going to be the same brilliant flavours and staff as the Sorrento one. But we were disappointed. The waitress didn’t get us a high chair (we had to find one ourselves), didn’t bring us water (had to ask another waitress), had to ask for a kids menu and also had to ask for cutlery as they didn’t bring that either. The food wasn’t good either and portion size for the calamari and flavour was poor, considering the price. However the chips were quite nice. I hope this place improves with time as they have a prime spot, especially with summer approaching.

We had breakfast here this morning and were very happy. The dishes were all so well presented and the prices were decent. The view was great too!

Fantastic location and great on balcony.Service prompt and friendlyFood taste, generous and served attractively. The Thai beef salad (Tiger beef) was outstanding. Spaghetti as well as Drunken noodles both with prawns and chilli were enjoyed. Caesar salad ok. Pumpkin dish for the vegan in our group was strange and not satisfactory. The beef salad without the beef and with extra nuts would be a perfect vegan alternative.Will go again

Great venue, fantastic food options that are similar to their Sorrento venue. Amazing views of the ocean.Obviously some teething issues being a new business but that is a given with any new business, so not sure why people are so quick to jump on and leave a 1 star.Great food, great coffee, and great smoothies.Staff were very attentive, and food was quick to come out despite being very busy.Apart from that will definitely be back.

Service and standards are extremely poor, food was pretty average too. Needs to start from the beginning and simplify, amazing location but shocking experience. Sat next to a bar covered in dirty dishes and no waiters knew which table was what. They also had the audacity to charge a 15% public holiday surcharge. My suggestion is to close, restart and create a simple summer menu with an at table ordering system and improve processes.

We went there for the first time yesterday (5 adults and 1 kid) for Mothers Day breakfast at 10am. Was expecting it to be busy and maybe a few delays/mistakes however the team were 10/10 amazing!! Food and coffee were delicious and staff very friendly, efficient and attentive. We even had a table on the balcony with a view, which is what we'd hopefully requested but wasn't sure if possible. Well done guys, we all had a great time and will be returning for sure.

I have been to both restaurants and I am dismayed by the poor review.i travel 30kms to City Beach to have a great time. Never got disappointed. The owner takes the trouble to come up to greets us. Kudos to all at Voyager.

Very disappointing, one of the worst coffees I've tasted in Australia. It's like they don't care about coffee quality at all, otherwise, the coffee wouldn't have tasted sour.Barista also sneezed and didn't bother to clean hands before proceeding. Definitely won't come back even if you pay me to. Shame, location was great
