Last year, Went to repair my laptop. Just need to change hard disk. The owner said will be fixed by next day but they took more than a week. I went there 3 times,every time they make unnecessary excuses. I paid 150 dollar just to change hard disk and after 2 months it’s again broken. Very disappointing experience.

I went to this shop recommended by my fren but they damaged my phone which was working good and fine. But they damage my phone and made it useless. Also the service is not good. I recommend not to visit for the maintenance over here.

The so-called Bhanje of Yuba needs a manner. He doesn't know how to speak to senior brothers. When you see the customer is Nepali and is speaking Nepali, you might as well respond in Nepali. Do not yell at the face if you don't hear; speaking soft is a manner.

My phone has been in there for a simple screen repair and contact transfer, it’s been 4 weeks! Yuba lies, he said I could come in the next day and when I arrive the shop was closed, not one phone call to cancel our appointment, waste of time, the business is a complete joke, waste of time, and lies saying he ‘works on Christmas Day’ at this point I still don’t have my phone. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS PLACE.
