Excuse me you rude old sales lady with glasses at Strandbags Morley . We were there to buy a hand carry for my boy and you told her off saying don’t touch it as it is expensive. Can’t understand what sort of customer service is that!We ended up getting one from Myers.

Went with my sister but it didn’t have lots of different types as the size of the store would have suggested

Disappointed, we purchased 4 expensive suitcases for our holiday, upon returning home 3 out of 4 bags were no longer usable. We were told warranty didn’t cover wear and tear and bad luck and try complaining to the airline or try claiming travel insurance! If I had known this I wouldn’t of had spent over $400 on each bag ($1600 total) and just got 4 Kmart suitcases for our holiday at $60 each and not cared when we got back, if anything the Kmart bags are probably better and have better warranty!!SAVE YOUR $$$ and just go to Kmart!

Advertising up to 40% off seasonal stock.Picked up bag and asked was this on sale. Told yes, when I went to pay for it and question why was she charging me full price.... oh sorry that's full price. This is the second time staff have told me the item I have chosen is on sale... only to get to the check out and told it's full price.Ticketing very deceiving and staff giving customers wrong information.Not impressed

Customer service in Morly is very bad and racist. I have bought a new Guess bag. it has a 12-month warranty and in just Three months it sips broken so, I went to Morly to change it or return it. I lost the receipt but, anyway I am membership of them. they said no we can not help you with that and they said our system don does not show us any receipt for this bag. After that, I went to the Mirrabooka store. I know there is a very polite Manager. she helped me with that. I told her the details and she said yes got it all your datiles her you bought this bag from Morly so now I have proof and she called them and them I return to Morly and then one of their staff obliged to me but I did not like Morly store I like Mirrabooka Store there is a nice Manger ❤️

I left it too late to order online, but I realise why I don't like in store shopping after my visit.

The store stock was damaged, so I asked the young attendant to provide me with a new stock which she happily got from the back. I am happy with the purchase and overall a good experience.

Their promotional first-time member discount is very unethical. They give you 30% discount coupon upon signing as a member in their membership program. However, the coupon can only be used on items that are not on sale.The issue is that for almost the whole financial year they are on sale for 30% or more on most of their luggages. It means that the 30% discount coupon is useless. What is the point of having a discount coupon if you are unable to use it since everyone else is getting the same discount without having to join the membership program?On top of that, they tried to trick people to purchase discontinued products at the same price with the new model. We went to shop for Antler Juno2 luggage and was offered the discontinued purple coloured large luggage at the price of $179. The luggage seemed to have some scratches and looked old. We asked if they have other colours and the staff said that it only came in 2 colours.We decided to go to Bags To Go in Watertown and found that the same model has many choices of colours. Also, we were told that the purple colour is a discontinued model, which is on sale at $149!! $30 cheaper then Strandbags. So from now on, we will never ever buy bags from Strandbags again. Shame on you Strandbags.
