Excellent service. Very informed staff, and they follow through what they promise. Efficient, friendly and very helpful. Worked through issues with Irene and left knowing more despite the fact I have been using a machine for almost three years. Thank-you !

I am new to the area and needed a new cpap machine. Went into ResSleep to get information on cpap machines and had the pleasure of meeting with Irene. She was so nice and helpful. I left the store with a new cpap machine that I am very happy with. I highly recommend ResSleep!

Had a good connection and testing and setup appointments. After raising some concerns to product support who set up a phone interview with ResMed Newcastle about adjusting settings and getting a report on my sisters health (The patient). But the phone call was entirely dismissive, interrupting any explanation of issue or discussion. He delivered little to no explanation or proper reports other then the useless: everything is okay, goodbye.This upset my sister and still leaves us with all our doubt we had about current setting with the lack of real explanation.

Excellent service today from Liz..Came in for LONG overdue check up.. needed a new hose and elbow..Parking isn't nearly as bad as another review states.. I parked within 200metresWas guided through the MyAir App to better monitor my useInitially purchased mine through another franchise but all details logged in the system for next visit...Highly recommended

We have over several appointments visited the Newcastle office of RESMED. On each occasion we have had the pleasure of been assisted by Irene who explained and demonstrated the workings of a CPAP machine to us. At all times she was so professional, competent and caring in manner. Nothing was a trouble to her and she explained everything in a friendly and easy to understand manner. She made us feel at ease and her assistance gave us so much confidence to understand what can be a daunting experience. We can’t recommend her or the company enough for their help and support. Turned up to my appointment after having to park miles away as the office location is in the most absurd location with no parking available. If I had of agreed to their ludicrous privacy policy and been hooked up to the machine I would have had to have walked a long way covered in wires and carting the machine. Such consideration for your customers! I refused to sign their privacy policy which essentially says they can release my information to whoever they like whenever they like. Even though I had put in writing to release my info back to my own Dr they refused to accept my referral. When I asked for their copy of my referral back she refused. So they still have my information without my consent. I was curtly told I would have to go through public hospital system if I didn't sign their consent. I guess that was meant to be a threat... It's us or public system as the alternative. Beware people.... If you can go elsewhere do so.

The service and care taken in providing the right equipment to meet my needs was excellent. The staff are all well informed, helpful and friendly. The 3 year plan provided is a set and and forget. Very satisfied and impressed.

Rang early today whitch I thought was Newcastle to get help with machine, spoke to a Lady in Sydney, she sent a message to Newcastle ResMed for them to give me a call to say whether they would have a replacement machine so mine could be taken in for repair but nearly closing time and still no responce. Thanks

These guys are amazing I had suffered from waking up tired for years no matter the length of sleep. I decided enough was enough I booked a sleep test the results were not good it turned out I stopped breathing on average 71 times an hour for atleast 10 seconds each which was over 2 times the amount for severe sleep apnea Irene explained in a very professional manner an with great knowledge just how bad this was for my health and went into depth on the good an bad things I had going for me afterwards I decided I'd get my machine that day the very first night of use I had no issues using the machine for my entire sleeping period an the results spoke for themselves I went from 71 incidents to just 7 an now after using it for almost a week I am at an average of about 4.3 per hour which is below the amount to be even considered sleep apnea so yes the machine works an it is dead quiet
