New Bunnings, one of the biggest Bunnings stores I've ever been in. Seems to have an extended range compared your normal Bunnings stores. Very clean and shiney. Amazing wood / trade section. Huge outdoor plant section. The BBQ section feels like you've walked into grilling heaven. Staff are friendly, seem to have taken on a Master's vibe, thank you for the improvement in staff training and engagement.

Previously I had written a bad review about this store until I visited again and was served by the most polite young man in the paint section his name was James and he exceeded every expectation. He was knowledgeable professional and deserves an huge pay rise. I then visited a week later and the gentleman who served me again in the paint section was an older man that looked like Santa Claus he was wearing a bright yellow skirt not sure why but he also was absolutely amazing he answered every single question he actually knew where to find on the Bunnings website I could see demonstrations of what I was doing and he honestly went above and beyond. This Bunnings store is by far now one of my favourites and I will only visit the store from now on because of the incredible customer service these two gentlemen provided.

Was at thus Bunnings last Thursday night at 7:30pm when it was so quiet with barely any customer in the store. Had an order to pick up, stood at the counter for 5 mins while these 2 employees kept chatting and chatting, I was literally 1.5 m away from them. They turned around and saw me and decided to ignore me. Kept on chatting until someone else came to serve me. Did not greet and did not say anything to me, which was the rudest experience I have ever had.

Lots of items out of stock but seems to be the norm in most places. Prices still decent. Service is good with very helpful staff.

Disappointed in your customer service and staff. Being treated as ignorant as to how a product works and wasting my time (1 hr). This was my 3rd chainsaw in 10 years, duh, I know how one works, just needed one with more power

The store is only approx four years old and in a good location with lots of parking. A very large, well stocked branch with staff happy to advise on how the many products available can assist in any projects we might have in business or at home. The staff are always undergoing training to improve their knowledge and service expertise to the public.

After looking online to see if they had what I needed, surprise surprise it wasn't in stock(not the first time). Then went to ask for help, and it was a drama for him to check. I was told to call another store because according to the website they had them instock, but they didn't... so much for customer service. It might be time to start using the other hardware store.
