As you can see, the quality of their work is good. However it was not a good experience. Been told work can be done on Tuesday, but delaied till Thursday. I had to change my plan and whole week stucked here.And on Wednesday I received an email from them asking me for extra 247.5 on top of 187.55 for extra work they did.I provided size and artwork of window and been quoted for 187.55, but after discussing with the owner, the solution is neither I pay half price of 247.5 to.have all or I take only mid part of the design, but parts of the design I cannot have them which are the one showing in pic below.After wasting two days here I dont have time to find someone else redo it and to avoide more hassle i just paid it. But it doesnt feel good.As a business owner, I understand sometimes we quoted people wrong price or estimated wrong hours for the work. But you have to let customer know once you realised the change. So the new quote will be given and customer has option to go ahead or refund. If we give you a wrong price for a massage, I will not charge you more but the price you agreed with. I pay my worker the same, I handle the lost myslef. I believe that how we should run our bussiness if you care it. The lost is the tuition fee for “how to quote”Anyway, if you want to have quality service, they do have. And their designer is good. Just becarefull you may end up pay lots higher than you been quoted at the last minutes.
