Bought a leather electric recliner 1.5yrs ago. Although it took a couple of months for it to be made and delivered, i couldnt be happier. The recliner is comfortable and the leather is cozy. Will definitely be shopping here again. Reasonably priced compared to other places.

After doing online research, my husband and I visited the Salisbury store and bought a leather recliner sofa. Tina was patient and kind. Talked us through their range colours and fabrics. Tina answered all our questions honestly. We will be back when we are ready to do our media room. Thank you Tina.

Staff were fantastic, friendly and so easy to deal with particularly Yasmin and Sumaiya. Good quality products and very reasonable prices. We got exactly what we wanted. Despite Sumaiya saying sue was new she was all over the product details and provided great customer service. 10/10 would recommend

I had been searching for a particular lounge and finally found that lounge life stocked a newer version of it .On Saturday we decided to go and see and sit on the lounge .We located the Napoleon Lounge and were quickly welcomed and helped by the lovely Zara !Zara answered our questions and gave us a quote all in a very timely manner !Now the hard part is waiting for our new lounge to arrive .Thank you Zara !!

Fantastic service and super pleased with our sofa! It was a super easy process from choosing, ordering (thanks to Zara for her wonderful service) and having our couch delivered. The quality of the lounge is also fantastic! We will definitely be recommending to all our family and friends, as well as purchasing future couches from lounge life.

I don’t trust this company at all, how they set up us before we pass the payment and after.. we have been told it’s warranty on large lounge we brought 3 years a go when we call the lounge life for service we found out every told about warranty is going so you must call them regards just before a year other ways they will ignore it and they will find the way how to say it’s not our responsibility so for me and my family no more dealing with this company any more, very bad experience

I highly recommend this company for price and customer service!The staff at Lounge Life Salisbury were exceptionally helpful and friendly. We got exactly what we wanted for half the price of other Big Furniture stores and it was available now, instead of waiting 3 months.
