Great service. Second time I've been there and the issue I had was resolved whilst I waited again. Last time my laptop was repaired whilst I waited as well. Charges are very reasonable.

Always the best service. I have never had a single issue, fast and always friendly. I have had him build several computers for me and they are excellent.

Very good service. Supplied and installed graphics card, downloaded drivers and even gave a helpful tutorial while everything was being done. I would recommend this business for computer service.

Had big trouble with email accounts which could not be resolved after more than 4.5 hrs with other computer people, including 2 hr witn Telstra. Rob fixed problem while I waited . Great work!

Predatory, liar, con-man only after your money.I suspect (edit 2021: I now KNOW) he preys on those who are less techno-savvy by over-charging for simple services.My laptop was returned dirty, when wiped with a dry white cloth, turned cloth brown. I was disgusted. Especially since I paid for my laptop to be cleaned.I was charged $100 an hour (absurd) for 1.5 hours for a straightforward virus scan with free software (Malwarebytes), cleaning out my fans, a hardrive partition I DIDN'T ask for, and a sped test that was done while I stood there, waiting to pick up my laptop. It took two weeks to be able to pick it up.Then the laptop battery I ordered did not arrive (I got four different versions of the story, some contradictory) even three weeks after ordering. It then took over two weeks to get a refund, which I had to pester him for. Edit: It took me 9 days to get a new battery on my own.So in five weeks he did 1.5 hours work, failed to purchase a laptop battery and took forever to issue a refund.He was also very condescending to me and other customers, especially when we tried to raise issue with slow or neglected work. Was gaslighting myself and other customers, trying to hide behind jargon to confuse customers and get them to go along with whatever he was saying.Avoid. Don't waste your money.Edit: I'd raised some concerns that one of my fans had stopped. He told me that my laptop only had one fan. LIAR! I've since seen WITH MY OWN EYES that one of the TWO fans wasn't working, JUST LIKE I SAID.

BEWARE. Look closely at the negative reviews as they are quite accurate. Machivalinism is quite present in today's age. I love to point it out when I can aswell as applauding good and honest empathetic people. Point being: This individual was going to charge me with a 1TB hardrive and made out I only had 256 GB in my laptop. They thought I wasn't that tech savvy so they tried to take advantage of that. Point is I already had a separate 1TB hardrive in my laptop. And they knew that. They didn't know I knew that... after installing the RAM they were trying to convince me to buy a hardrive the day before on the phone and the last day I was there, I told them to check to see if there was a hardrive in my laptop. They opened it up and were acting surprised at what they seen. A separate 1TB hardrive already in my laptop. You didnt know about that" one of them sarcastically says to the other in front of me. "No not at all"...I mean......IF THEY CAN CHECK AND TELL ME HOW MANY STEAM GAMES I HAD SURELY THEY CAN CHECK ALL MY PERSONAL EMAILS ETC (which is illegal) AND IF I HAD ANY SEPARATE HARDRIVES IN MY LAPTOP. AFTER ALL THEY PUT A NEW RAM IN THERE DAYS BEFORE WHICH REQUIRES THEM OPENING THE LAPTOP TO DIRECTLY SEE THE HARDRIVE I ALREADY HAD IN THERE. They also charged me $45 for moving my steam games to my hardrive which I could have done. While I was watching them do that I didn't know I was being charged until they were finished and pulled out the eftpos machine. They tried to con me by buying and "installing" a 1TB hardrive for $180 when I already had a 1TB hardrive in there. If I didn't know there was a 1TB hardrive in there I would of ended up paying $180 for a hardrive I already had. And he had the audacity to make out he was doing me a favor by doing a sales tactic saying he could've charged me a certain amount but didn't with the receipt sent by email not long after I left. (That retail course paid off). For the people that dont know any better
