Ben’s done an amazing job looking after the plumbing at my rental property in QLD. We’ve had a few backyard drainage issues recently that he was able to help sort out. He was really clear in his communications in respect of the work that was required, sending through marked-up photos of the property to show exactly what he wanted to do to fix our drainage issues. This was really helpful for me in visualising the work, as I live interstate and therefore couldn’t be there in person. His quality of work is second to none and he is super reliable and trustworthy – which can be hard to find in a tradie sometimes! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ben’s services to others.

Last rain we stood in the yard all day sweeping to keep the water out of our house. Other plumbers came and had no idea what to do. Ben came up with a plan. He gave a reasonable quote, after acceptance he booked us in promptly, arrived on time and carried out a magnificent job to keep us dry this summer. Prompt, easy to deal with and exceeded all expectations.We contacted Ben at Mountain Tides Plumbing after the February '22 floods were too much for our storm water system. He replaced all down and underground pipes with a larger diameter system and increased the fall to the street to make sure the gutters no longer over flow, or cause water to pool around the house. He liaised with the excavator driver to ensure all trenching was done to avoid any existing gas or water pipes and even made it so the air conditioning also drains into the pipe along the house.He left everything clean and even my dog was happy to have him here!Highly recommended. Ben did a fantastic job installing a bath and taps in place of our old shower area. He was very professional and responsive with the initial scoping of the job to the physical completion. He was able to get the job done with a speedy turn around while doing a top quality job. Very happy with the service!
