This company offers a $20 discount for first time buyers if you sign up, which I did. No provisos provided on this offer at all.When it came to checking out and you enter the discount code, it tells you that you don't qualify as you haven't reached the threshold. This is not advertised. I have emailed a couple of times now indicating this is misleading and misrepresentation but am being completely ignored. I will not buy anything else from this arrogant company. No customer service.

Whoever was responsible for your new online ads deserves the employee of the month.Not only was the quality of production something you would expect to see on TV, back when TV advertising meant something, I now know if I EVER need bulk packaging goods, the name of the company and who to call. Really nicely done.Your YouTube ad placement is perfect, you’ll likely pick up some E - commerce sellers that are sick of buying packaging an order at a time. Good thinking.

They forgot my address so I had to call but I couldn't get through until the 4th try. Then I got an overdue notice saying I didn't pay but have records of the money going through to them when I bought the item 3 months prior. They are unorganised and have terrible customer service. Would not recommend.

Never had a problem with Signet & they're always happy to help when they can and recommend products that might suit application better. Pricing is good and consistent.Must admit, love your negative reviews on here about not sending to a PO Box - standard really... Australia Post don't usually appreciate receiving packaging supplies that don't fit in a PO box when they themselves sell packaging materials. The $20 off for first time - if customer checked the T&C's advertised on your website they would have seen minimum ovr value of $50 ex GST which is a standard condition.

Very poor service!! Applied for an account and told it would be processed and I would be right to order by end of the day. Item I wanted were in stock at time. Account application form say If your order is received before 3.00pm
